I’m feeling pretty confident that this is a topic that’s often on many of our minds: the desire to lose weight because you dislike your body. We've all been there, feeling that if we just lost those extra kgs, we'd finally be happy. But is hating your body really enough of a reason to go on a weight loss journey? Let’s talk about it.
