You don’t have to make a NY resolution

I hope this post finds you parked up in the sun somewhere, maybe a book or a drink in hand.

You may be enjoying a well deserved and relaxing summer break, only to get bombarded with the pressure to get back into the hustle with grand and beautiful New Year Resolutions.

This is just a reminder that you don’t have to make a NY resolution or goals right now.

Enjoy the time to have a break!

This hustle and productivity culture just fuels an all or nothing mindset or unrealistic goals that are never sustainable.

Rest and taking a break is productive, and an essential part of keeping up momentum with health and wellbeing habits.

The most important thing is keeping up some type of consistency and micro habits that are helpful for your health and wellbeing. Right now that may look like plenty of sleep, walks on the beach, time in nature and drinking enough water.

If you do want to make goals, that is also perfectly ok! Keep an eye out for some tips coming soon. However, you can do this when YOU want to.
